Hip injury

Hip is a ball-and-socket joint that is surrounded by some of the most powerful muscles in the body (quadriceps and the gluteus maximus), and one of the hip's component bones (femur) is the longest and strongest bone in the body. Hip joint performs highly crucial functions such as hip flexion and extension, abduction and adduction, and internal and external rotation. The most common hip conditions are osteoarthritis and fractures.
